What if I lost my mobile phone, or I have gotten a new one?

In the event a customer’s phone is lost or they’ve purchased a new phone, SunRail provides a convenient method to transfer your fare products to your new device.

Transfer Your Fare

Fare products can only be available on one mobile device. If you’ve lost your device, or obtained a new one, fare products may be transferred to the new device by following these simple instructions:

  1. Log into the app on your new device.
  2. Upon login, the app will prompt stating that you have fare product(s) which can be retrieved from another device.
  3. Click the prompt and follow the steps to transfer the fare products to your new device.

Can I get a refund if I lost my phone?

Most of SunRail’s products are non-refundable, however, SunRail does offer refunds on unused prepaid, non-promotional values.
