Last Updated: December 20, 2024The cost for a SunCard is not refundable. If a TVM fails, please call the SunRail Customer Service center at 1-855-RAIL-411 (1-855-724-5411) and your inquiry will be investigated, and any appropriate refund made.
What “funds” on my inactive SunCard are eligible for a refund?
