Your account might be locked. The SunRail mobile app is designed for one user and one device, accounts cannot be shared between devices. Opening the app on multiple devices and transferring tickets to them will cause previous ones to become locked. To regain access, first, uninstall and reinstall the app on your device. Some tickets, once activated, cannot be transferred to other devices, or may become locked to the device they were activated on. When I open the app, I get an error screen instructing me to “Contact Support”. What should I do?
