Fare products can only be available on one mobile device. If you’ve lost your device, or gotten a new one, fare products may be transferred to the new device. First, log into the app on new device. Upon login, the app will prompt that you have fare product(s) that can be retrieved from another device. Click the prompt and follow the steps to transfer the fare products to your new device.
