What if I have a locked yellow SunCard associated to my previous account?

If you transition an account from a legacy yellow SunCard with a locked SunCard associated to that account, your new account will be locked.

You must contact SunRail Customer Service at 1-855-RAIL-411 (1-855-724-5411) Monday – Friday from 5:30 AM – 9:30 PM to resolve the issue before the account can be used.
