How do I use my SunCard?

To tap your card, follow these simple instructions:

1. Visit any of the 17 SunRail Stations
2. Find one of SunRail ticket validators located on each platform.
   See photo below
3. Hold your Blue SunCard against the yellow “Tap Here” area.
4. Watch for the screen to respond:
   • Green Check – You are good to go!
   • Red X – Your SunCard is not accepted.

Riders who receive a Red X are advised to take one of the following actions:

• Proceed to a TVM to purchase a product
• Proceed to a TVM to add value to your card
