To tap your card, follow these simple instructions:
- Visit any of the 17 SunRail Stations
- Find one of SunRail ticket validators located on each platform.
See photo below - Hold your Blue SunCard against the yellow “Tap Here” area.
- Watch for the screen to respond:
- Green Check – You are good to go!
- Red X – Your SunCard is not accepted.
Riders who receive a Red X are advised to take one of the following actions:
- Proceed to a TVM to purchase a product
- Proceed to a TVM to add value to your card
