No. Refunds for SunCards in the form of cash, check, or credit card reimbursement will not be made.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Refunds for passes and limited use tickets are granted only for losses that occur due to the malfunction of a ticket vending machine, a ticket validator, or the failure of a SunCard. These refunds will be in the form of an equivalent product or value loaded to a Transit Account.
No se realizarán reembolsos por tarjetas SunCard en efectivo, cheque ni tarjeta de crédito. Se reembolsará el valor no utilizado y almacenado a solicitud del cliente para las tarjetas SunCard registradas al momento del cierre de la cuenta.
