Refunds for passes and limited use tickets are granted only for losses that occur due to the malfunction of a ticket vending machine, a ticket validator, or the failure of a SunCard. These refunds will be in the form of an equivalent product or value loaded to a Transit Account.
Refunds for SunCards in the form of cash, check, or credit card reimbursement will not be made. Refunds for unused, stored value will be provided upon customer request for registered SunCards upon account closure. Transit Account bonuses are non-refundable.
