Why isn’t my SunCard working?

SunCards may be temporarily deactivated for not tapping on and off each time you ride or for a negative balance. Remember to always tap on and off consistently for each trip taken, keep your SunCard funded, and only use the SunCard Pass (the weekly, monthly, or annual pass) within the zones purchased. A call to Customer Service at 855-RAIL-411(724-5411) can easily resolve any issues.
