What if the app is unresponsive?

Make sure you have the latest version of the SunRail mobile app.

You may also try these simple troubleshooting steps:

  • Log out of the app, then log back in.
  • Power your phone off and then back on again.
  • Close other apps as multiple apps opened in the background may also be using system resources and RAM causing a delay to the app.
