What “funds” on my inactive SunCard are eligible for a refund?

The following may be eligible for a refund:

• Prepaid Balance Values will be reduced by the amount of the sales bonus received at the time of purchase.
• SunRail Pass Products that have NEVER been activated.

SunCard fees are nonrefundable.
