How do I review my account activity?

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Log in to Rider Web at accounts.sunrail.com.
  2. Select ‘My Account’ in the upper portion of the screen.
  3. Navigate to ‘Account Report’.
    The report contains all the orders and trip history.
  4. Define a start and end date.
  5. Choose the report output.
    Either .pdf or .csv file formats.
  6. The report is generated and available for download and printing.
