How do I plan my trip?

SunRail has developed a Trip Planner, which provides users ticket costs and estimated travel times based on selected stations and times. There are several methods to access the Trip Planner.

SunRail.com Website (desktop & mobile) #

1. Visit the homepage of SunRail.com
2. Scroll down – the Trip Planner panel is below the slider
3. Select your Departure station
4. Select your Arrival station
5. Either change your Departure time or Arrival time
6. Select the rider type under “Ticket”

SunRail Mobile App (blue icon) #

1. Open the app *
2. Click the Trip Tools button in the lower navigation bar
3. Click the “Plan a Trip” **
4. Scroll down below the slider
5. Select your Departure station
6. Select your Arrival station
7. Either change your Departure time or Arrival time
8. Select the rider type under “Ticket”

SunRail Alerts App (gold icon) #

1. Open the app
2. Click “Trip Planner” from the lower navigation bar
3. Select your Departure station
4. Select your Destination station
5. Click “Choose Time” to select your time
   • The “Depart” tab shows a list of Departure times
   • The “Arrive” tab shows a list of Arrival times
6. Select the rider type by clicking the “Adult Rider” button

* If you do not have an account, you may click the “SKIP FOR NOW” button in the upper-right hand corner of the Welcome screen.

** If the “We Value Privacy” cookie popup appears, choose one of the following to proceed
– Accept All
– Reject All
– Customize
